As a result of the corona virus, we are currently experiencing an abnormal influx of orders. Coupled with the lack of delivery from suppliers, we are are currently operating 7-10 working days behind schedule. We have temporarily suspended picking new orders. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause and a further announcement about this will be made.

What other payment methods can I use ?

You are welcome to pay by cash, direct deposit, credit card or Paypal. If you would like to pay using Paypal, our paypal username is paypal@costcutters.com.au.

Can I pickup ?

Of course ! We do prefer to have the order in the system before though so that we can keep the operation flowing smoothly. Please place the order online and then select that you'll be picking up. If you're in a hurry for this, please call us on 03 9568 6944 so that we can give you an idea about what time you're order will be ready. If you don't call us, we'll call you when it is ready to be collected.

Can I return something if I change my mind ?

Yes, we're very easy to work with. Please be careful when you purchase though, if it's been opened and cannot be resold or only if discounted, we may have to charge a restocking fee or may not be able to take the product back.

How do you calculate the shipping cost ?

The freight geniuses of the world have given us formulas to use for shipments. The general rule is they compare the deadweight of the shipment to the volumetric weight to see which is higher. They then apply a delivery rate to that weight and voila ! This way heavier products that are very small can cost the same as very light products that are very big. Too confusing ? Let our calculator do the maths for you :).

How long can I wait until I can't get a refund ?

We try to always be fair. We generally work on an expectation that a customer would know within 3 months whether the product needs to be returned.

What time do you open and close ?

If picking up, we're available for pickups between 10:00-17:30 Monday to Friday. If you need something urgently or need to pickup outside of these hours, please call us to arrange a different arrangement - we're here to help.
