Shipping & Delivery

Most products are shipped to you by contracted couriers and Australia Post. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our shippers have been instructed to leave the goods at your doorstep - if this is not possible, please advise us when placing your order.

Delays to shipping times may occur when we are temporarily out of stock. When this happens, we will e-mail or phone you prior to delivery. 


Returns & Replacements

We guarantee the quality of all our products. Each product is individually checked before sending it out.

If it doesn't reach you in perfect condition, simply return it to us in its original packaging and we'll happily replace it.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, we will exchange or refund the product delivered to you within 7 days of purchase.


Please follow the procedure below :

1) Send us an e-mail with your name and invoice number and details about the problem.
2) Send the parcel to 3 Hume Str, Huntingdale, VIC, 3166.
3) Please note that Costcutters are not responsible for products lost in the mail.
4) Once we have received your returned goods, we'll follow your instructions and either refund you or exchange your returned products.
